The Challenge

At Fredrik & Louisa, the implementation of M3CE in 2022 presented a significant challenge for the Master Data and Purchasing departments. As completely new to ERP system, there was a massive amount of master data to import and maintain, which was made even more challenging due to their lack of experience with M3.

To address this challenge, the company began using Vince Excel Live (VXL Live), a tool that helped to import and maintain master data in M3CE. Randi, a Master Data Manager at Fredrik & Louisa, became the first pilot to use the tool, and it has been an essential tool for her team since then.
