Big Update: Smoother App Builder, Faster Workflow Configuration, and Dashboard Improvements

This release focuses on making everyday tasks faster and more intuitive. From a more polished App Builder launch experience to smarter workflow configuration and improved dashboard behavior, these updates help reduce friction and keep you focused on your work.

App Builder

  • Improved Launch Experience: App Builder is now open with a polished loading animation and launch directly in full-screen mode, so you can start working immediately without distractions.

Workflows

  • Bulk Configuration for M3 API Inputs: Multiple input fields can now be selected and configured at once, significantly speeding up workflow setup. Selected fields are clearly highlighted to make editing easier.

  • Smarter M3 Company and Division Fields: These fields now suggest values based on previously used entries, and the Company field immediately validates that the value entered is numeric.

  • Enhanced Excel Mapping Experience:

    • Hover over mapped cells to instantly see which workflow fields are connected.

    • Dragging a field onto an empty column now works automatically without extra confirmation.

    • The parameters panel opens automatically when an Excel step has no configured fields, helping guide setup.

    • Deleting an Excel step now automatically removes related field mappings across the workflow.

  • Protection Against Lost Changes: If you attempt to add a new step while there are unsaved changes, you’ll now receive a warning before anything is lost.

  • Clearer Step Names: Workflow steps are labeled more clearly, making it easier to distinguish between similar steps such as M3 Filter and Generic Filter.

  • Improved Event Trigger Selection: Tables that do not support event triggers are now clearly marked in the selector with helpful tooltips explaining why they are unavailable.

  • Accurate Workflow Status Indicators: Workflows with configuration issues are now correctly flagged with an error status in the workflow list.

  • Recent Workflow History Fix: Recently viewed workflows now update correctly, ensuring your workflow history stays accurate.

Dashboards

  • Faster Widget Copying: The Copy Widget dialog now opens immediately while loading the list of destination dashboards in the background, with clear loading indicators and disabled actions until ready.

  • Improved Filter Reliability:

    • Duplicate fields no longer appear in the filter editor.

    • Boolean filters now start with a sensible default value instead of being empty.

  • Legacy Workflow Widget Warning: When editing a widget using an older workflow format, a clear warning now appears to explain that switching to the new format is a one-way change.

Navigation

  • User Profile Relocation: The User Profile page has moved from Administration to Settings, where it now opens in a clean full-page view without the administration sidebar.

This update brings a more polished experience across App Builder, workflows, and dashboards, helping you configure workflows faster and navigate the platform more easily.
