Anther big update: Better Dashboards, smarter Workflows, and enhanced Table management

We’ve been hard at work improving the experience across dashboards, workflows, and core modules. Making things faster, clearer, and just a bit more enjoyable to use. From powerful new filters to deeper workflow insights, this release is packed with updates that make your everyday work smoother.

Dashboards module

New features

    • Advanced date filtering:

      • Choose from predefined ranges like This Week, Past Month, or Next Year, or even create custom offsets (e.g., This Week + 5 days).

      • Enhanced “Is Between” filters with improved date picker UX and automatic validation between start and end dates.

    • Widget improvements:

      • Default font sizes updated for better readability.

      • Chart widgets now handle empty states and workflow-based data more gracefully.

      • Display boxes, search widgets, and layouts have been polished for clarity and consistency.

Improvements

    • Filter system:

      • Refined UI with clearer grouping and hierarchy.

      • Added “Connected with” operator display for multi-filter groups.

      • Improved documentation and examples for advanced filters and query syntax.

    • Data tables:

      • Smoother loading states and empty-state handling.

      • Better refresh behavior when deleting rows.

      • Improved workflow data source detection and table updates.

    • Widget configuration:

      • Font size selector now supports manual input with autocomplete.

      • Validation added to prevent saving widgets without required data sources.

      • JSONata editor now includes line numbers, active line highlighting, and bracket matching.

    • Excel component:

      • Better layout and flexible sizing for parameters and design panels.

      • Added support for new file types (.xltm and .XLTM).

    • Notifications:

      • Workflow notifications now link directly to the relevant execution detail page.

Tables

      • Tables now display an “Updating” tag when in REPLACE mode.
