AI Apps
Copy Existing Apps
- Create Apps Faster:
You can now create a copy of an existing app and use it as the foundation for a new application. - Reuse Existing Configuration:
Resources, assets, workflows, and roles can all be copied, significantly reducing the effort required to build similar applications.
Resource Labels & Filtering
- Organize Resources with Labels:
Resources now support labels, making it easier to categorise and manage content. - Filter by Label:
Quickly locate resources by filtering on assigned labels.
Enhanced AI Prompt Editor
- Better Editing Experience:
The AI prompt editor now supports:- Automatic expansion for longer prompts
- Manual resizing
- Full-screen editing mode
This makes working with complex prompts significantly more comfortable.
Improved App Visibility
- See Who Made Changes:
The Apps overview now shows:- App creator
- Last modified by
- Creation date
- Last modified date
- Sortable Columns:
These new fields can also be sorted, making it easier to find and manage applications.
New App Filters
- Find Apps Faster:
The App Overview page now includes filters for:- Labels

- Last editor
This provides a quicker way to navigate large app collections.
Workflows
Better Workflow Organization
- Workflow Labels in Listings:
Labels are now displayed directly in workflow listings, making workflows easier to identify at a glance.
Improved Navigation
- Recently Viewed First:
Recently viewed workflows now appear before favorites, helping users quickly return to their most recent work.

Help & Resources
- Updated Administration Navigation:
Help and resource links have been reorganised within Administration, making them easier to find and recognise.
Better Indexing Visibility
- Clear Failure Notifications:
Users are now notified when indexing operations fail, allowing issues to be identified and addressed more quickly.

- Fixed issues where workflow actions could behave unexpectedly when saving and continuing through certain workflow steps
- Improved stability when configuring trigger-based workflows
- Restored workflow relationship visibility within table management views
- Removed an incorrect scheduling message that could appear when deactivating workflows
Excel Processing
- Added clearer validation when required field mappings are missing
- Fixed an issue where numeric values in generated Excel files could be treated as text
- Resolved a problem that could cause configured fields to be lost during updates
Access Management
- Fixed incorrect tag-related access messages shown to users
- Resolved an issue that could prevent the Users page from displaying correctly in certain languages
File Processing
- Fixed an issue where File Loader error messages were not displayed correctly
