Big Update: Safer Editing, Clearer Actions, and App Installation

This release brings a more reliable and polished App Builder experience. From protecting your work to making actions clearer and enabling app installation, these updates help you stay in control and focused while building.

App Builder Improvements

• Unsaved Changes Protection:
  You’ll now see a reminder banner when you’ve made changes without saving. It gently prompts you to save your progress and will reappear if you continue working without saving — helping ensure nothing gets lost.

• Navigation Warning:
  If you try to leave the editor during an active build session with unsaved changes, you’ll be prompted to confirm before exiting. This adds an extra layer of protection against accidental data loss.

• Clearer Save Experience:
  The Apply button has been renamed to Save for better clarity. It’s also now disabled when there are no changes to save, making it easier to understand your current state.

Apps Builder apps

• Install Apps to Your Device:
  App Builder apps can now be installed as Progressive Web Apps (PWA). Users can add apps directly to their home screen or desktop for a more native, distraction-free experience — no browser chrome, just the app.

UI & UX Improvements

• Consistent Labels and Naming:
  Several small updates improve clarity and consistency across the App Builder:

  • The apps list is now labeled “Apps”

  • The “State” column is now “Status”

  • The create button now reads “Create new app”

• Safer Version Handling:
  The version selector is now locked during an active build session, preventing accidental version changes while you’re working.

This update makes the App Builder more predictable, safer to use, and easier to navigate — so you can focus on building without worrying about losing progress or getting interrupted.
