Big Update: A Smoother Administration Experience and Smarter Workflows

This release focuses on making administration simpler, navigation clearer, and workflows more efficient. From a redesigned Administration area to improved dashboards and AI capabilities, these updates are all about reducing friction and helping you move faster with confidence.


Navigation & Administration

  • Centralized Administration Area: All admin features are now grouped under a single “Administration” entry in the top menu. A new searchable, collapsible sidebar lets you jump between sections quickly without endless scrolling.

  • Administration Home Page: A new overview page provides at-a-glance counts of Users, Roles, and API Clients, with one-click access to manage each area.


Users

  • Cleaner User Profile Page: User details, roles, and tags are now clearly separated into distinct sections, making user management more intuitive.

  • Simplified Role Assignment: Roles can now be added or removed through a focused dialog. If a user has no roles, a helpful prompt explains what roles are and how to assign them.

  • Improved Tag Management: Tags (key-value pairs controlling data access) can now be managed in a dedicated dialog with built-in validation to prevent duplicate names or missing values.

  • Filter by User Status: Easily switch between All, Active, and Deactivated users with a single click.


Roles

  • Improved Permissions Editor: The permissions table has been redesigned for better readability. System administrators now also see a new Tenant Management permission option.


API Clients

  • Assign Roles Directly: Roles can now be assigned directly from the API Client form, eliminating the need to navigate between pages.


Connections & Environments

  • Clearer Inline Validation: Forms for Connections, Environments, and Webhooks now display error messages directly beside the relevant fields for faster correction and clearer guidance.


Schedules

  • Visual Status Indicators: Schedule statuses (Active, Disabled, Expired) now include clear icons, making long lists easier to scan.


Custom Tables

  • Dedicated Table Data View: Table data now opens on a full page instead of a pop-up. You can search, sort, and browse records comfortably, and selecting a row opens a detail panel on the right for full visibility without losing context.


Dashboards

  • More Accurate Data Display: Numeric values that resemble dates — such as item numbers or product codes — are no longer incorrectly formatted as dates in dashboard tables.


App Builder

  • Smarter Record Updates: App Builder now update only the fields you explicitly specify, preventing unintended data changes.

  • Background Workflow Execution: App Builder can now trigger workflows that run in the background and return results when complete, allowing longer-running processes without blocking the interface.


Workflows

  • Smarter M3 API Step Suggestions: When building workflows with multiple M3 API calls, input fields from earlier steps are now automatically suggested in later steps when relevant. This reduces repetitive setup and minimizes configuration errors.
