Big Update: Smarter Filters, Better Dashboards, and Workflow Upgrades

We’ve made big improvements to help you work faster and stay organized. This release introduces persistent filters across the platform, smarter dashboards, and more powerful workflow tools — all designed to make your daily tasks smoother and more intuitive.

New Features

Platform-Wide

  • Persistent Filters: Your filter selections (search terms, dropdowns, and date ranges) are now remembered across sessions — so when you return, your pages look exactly how you left them.

    • Works across key areas including Dashboards, Workflows, Groups, Webhooks, Schedules, Users, Roles, API Clients, Environments, Connections, Variables, Tables, and Audit Logs.

  • Workflow Statistics: Filters and search criteria now stay consistent across sessions for workflow reporting and analytics.

Dashboards

  • Enhanced Chart Widgets: Charts now support multiple Y-axis configurations with different aggregation types for the same field, giving you more flexibility in how you visualize data.

  • Improved Date Handling: Dates are now consistently formatted and displayed across charts and tables.

  • Better Chart Tooltips: Tooltips now clearly show data for each individual series.

  • Search Widget Enhancement: Special characters are now properly handled in search inputs, improving reliability for complex queries.

Workflows

  • New Workflow Menu: All workflow actions are now organized into a single, streamlined menu for easier access and management.

  • Advanced Event Triggers: Event triggers now support JSONata expressions, allowing more advanced and flexible filtering logic.

  • Schedule Improvements:

    • View human-readable descriptions of your cron schedules (e.g., “Every day at 2:00 PM”).

    • Preview up to six upcoming scheduled runs, including timezone information.

    • Clear visual indicators for active, disabled, and expired schedules.

    • Easy timezone selection with automatic detection.

  • Execution Logs Enhancement: The execution logs dialog now supports fullscreen mode with an improved layout and better responsiveness.

Core Platform

  • Better Error Pages: Introduced a clearer 403 Forbidden page for improved permission feedback.

  • Notification Improvements: You can now clear all notifications at once with the new “Clear All” button.

  • Enhanced Access Control: Added more granular permission checks throughout the app for improved security.

  • Table Enhancements: Custom tables now support object and array data types, expanding flexibility for complex data structures.

Dashboards

  • Fixed chart rendering issues with date fields on the X-axis.

  • Fixed widget data not refreshing when linked widgets are removed.

  • Fixed table widget selection requiring at least one column.

  • Corrected date formatting in display boxes and tables.

Workflows

  • Fixed schedule timezones not initializing correctly.

  • Fixed layout issues in fullscreen mode for execution logs.

  • Fixed filter persistence across workflow-related pages, including statistics, groups, webhooks, and schedules.

Core Platform

  • Fixed notification layout and styling inconsistencies.

  • Fixed filter persistence across all list pages (users, roles, API clients, audit logs, environments, connections, variables, and tables).

  • Corrected date picker formatting issues throughout the platform.
