Big Update: Smoother AI App Building, Smarter Excel Handling, and Refined Platform UX

This release brings a major polish pass across AI Apps, workflows, and the platform experience. From cleaner App Builder interactions to more reliable Excel processing and improved workflow usability, these updates focus on making everyday work smoother, clearer, and more intuitive.

AI Apps

Refined App Builder Experience

• Cleaner, More Compact Layout:
  The App Builder now has a more streamlined layout, with version information displayed directly in the build header for easier visibility.
• Visual Refresh Across the Builder:
  Chat bubbles, buttons, preview panels, and empty states have all been visually refined to create a cleaner and more polished experience.
• Smarter Toolbar Behavior:
  While actively building, the toolbar now only displays the most relevant actions, reducing clutter and helping users stay focused.
• Improved Device Preview Picker:
  Device previews now include better tooltips, hover effects, and loading indicators when removing custom devices.
• Consistent Label Styling:
  App labels now use consistent tag colors across both the application listing and editor views.

Improved Navigation & Recognition

• Distinct Dashboard & Workflow Icons:
  Dashboards and workflows now display unique custom icons across menus and widgets, making navigation easier and improving visual recognition throughout the platform.

Excel Processor Improvements

• Safer Row Configuration Handling:
  Source and Target row configurations are now tracked separately. Users will receive a warning if either tab contains unsaved changes before applying updates.
• Fresh Template Uploads:
  Uploading a new Excel template now correctly resets previous settings to ensure each upload starts from a clean state.
• Improved Apply Flow:
  The Apply button is now disabled while changes are loading, with a clear loading indicator shown during processing.
• Description-Only Templates Supported:
  Templates containing only description rows without field codes are now supported, with columns automatically generated from the description labels.
• Improved Horizontal Layout Handling:
  Horizontal field layouts now correctly position labels to the left of value cells and show clear validation errors if there is insufficient space.
• Smarter Auto-Mapping:
  Automatic mapping from uploaded templates no longer overwrites fields that have already been manually configured.
• Improved Form Selection Stability:
  Fixed an issue where selecting rows in forms could unintentionally clear field values.
• Stable Validation Messages:
  Validation messages now appear in a fixed location, preventing buttons and layouts from shifting when errors are displayed.

M3 API Improvements

• Clearer Empty State:
  When no environment is selected, the M3 API step now displays a helpful prompt instead of an empty screen.
• Smarter Transaction Mapping:
  Adding new API transactions now only carries over relevant field mappings, preventing unrelated values from being reused accidentally.

Improved Identity Provider Setup

• Configuration Progress Feedback:
  Setting up a new identity provider now displays a “configuring” status message and gives the setup process time to complete before navigating away.
• Improved Role Selector:
  The roles selector now includes clearer labels, placeholders, improved layout handling, and no longer limits visible selections.

Platform Improvements

Better Table Deletion Feedback

• Clearer Deletion Status:
  Table deletion confirmations now clearly explain that deletion may take up to 6 hours and that tables will display “Deleting in progress...” while processing.

• Buttons and borders across the platform have been visually refined for a cleaner and more consistent experience.
