Smarter User Management, Better Workflow Mapping, and Improved Reliability

This release introduces several improvements that make administration easier, workflow configuration more intuitive, and the overall platform more reliable. From automatic role management and clearer mapping indicators to improved time zone handling and a range of workflow fixes, these updates help simplify everyday work across Vince Platform.

Access Management

Automatic Role Management

  • Identity Provider Role Synchronization:
    User roles can now be managed automatically through your organization's identity provider, reducing manual administration and ensuring user permissions stay in sync.

Workflows

Smarter Mapping Experience

  • Delete Main Mapping Independently:
    You can now remove the Main Mapping without affecting your existing headers or other configured mappings, making it much easier to adjust Excel configurations without starting over.
  • Clearer Input Field Indicators:
    Input fields now display icons and tooltips showing where each value originates, helping you understand workflow mappings at a glance.

Improved Automation Management

  • More Reliable Dependencies:
    Automation dependencies are now managed more consistently, improving the reliability of automated processes.

Platform Improvements

Improved Date & Time Handling

  • Automatic Time Zone Support:
    Dates and times now automatically use the correct organization or user time zone, providing a more consistent experience regardless of where users are located.

App Builder

  • AI Service Status Link:
    A new shortcut to the AI service status page has been added, making it easy to determine whether an issue is related to the AI service or the Vince Platform.

Stability & Reliability Improvements

Workflow Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where long-running workflows could stop unexpectedly before completion.
  • Fixed an incorrect error message shown after successfully deleting a workflow.

Mapping & Excel

  • Excel mapping icons now display correctly.
  • Mapping information tooltips are now shown only when hovering over them.

Filters & Environments

  • Filters containing spaces now import correctly.
  • The Ignore filter option now remains selected when switching environments.
  • Environment-related messages have been improved when no environments are available.

Sign-in & Navigation

  • Users signing in with Single Sign-On are now correctly returned to the page they originally intended to access.

User Experience

  • Display name changes now appear immediately without requiring users to sign out and back in.
  • The Email component now correctly lists all available workflow steps.
  • Table preview search now supports partial word matching, making it easier to find records.

Trigger Configuration

  • Table triggers now require an action to be selected before they can be configured, with clearer validation if one is missing.

Surveys

  • Survey pop-ups are no longer displayed in Vince Automation.
