Release Notes — Production Deployment

This release brings several usability enhancements, authentication improvements, extended administrative controls, and key interface fixes across the Vince Platform and Workflow Builder.

Security & Administration

  • SMS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support — Users with SMS-based MFA enabled can now seamlessly enter their verification code during the login flow.
  • Enhanced User, Role & API Client Management — Administrators can now perform multi-user role assignments in bulk and use group patterns for permission management. The API Clients screen now provides clearer guidance, and newly added permissions populate automatically in the permission picker.
  • Granular Role Controls for MCP — Introduced role-based permissions for MCP integrations, ensuring only authorized administrators and users can manage MCP server configurations.

Workflow Builder & Execution

  • Clear Highlighting for Required Fields — Required form fields are now clearly highlighted with bold labels and visual indicators, making it easier to identify mandatory parameters before running a workflow.
  • Custom Excel Attachment Renaming — Resolved an issue where cloned or edited workflows retained locked attachment names. Attachment names can now be freely edited.
  • Execution Screen Scrolling Fix — Resolved an issue where input fields could overlap with the environment dropdown while scrolling.

User Experience & Interface

  • Keyboard Login Support — You can now press Enter to submit your login credentials instead of clicking the button.
  • Administration Access Stability — Resolved an error that intermittently appeared when navigating to the Administration module.
  • M3 Filter Scrolling Fix — Restored the vertical scrollbar in the transactions list, allowing easier navigation through long lists.
  • General UI Polish — Applied stability and visual alignment improvements across recently updated screens.
