Workflow Reliability Improvements and Better Workflow Management

This release focuses on improving workflow reliability, Excel processing, and overall administration capabilities. Alongside several important fixes, we've also introduced enhancements that make it easier to manage workflows and maintain system visibility.

Workflows

Improved Workflow Management

  • Created Date in Workflow Listing:
    The Workflow Listing page now includes a sortable Created Date column, making it easier to find and manage workflows based on when they were created.
  • Personalized Date Formats:
    Workflow creation dates are now displayed using each user's preferred date format for a more consistent experience across the platform.

Workflow Scheduling Improvements

  • More Reliable Scheduled Executions:
    Fixed an issue that could cause workflows to execute more times than expected when multiple schedules were associated with the same workflow.

Workflow Execution Reliability

  • Improved Output Generation:
    Resolved an issue where certain workflow configurations could generate empty output files during execution.

Excel Processor

Improved Data Handling and Mapping

  • Excel Data Reading Fix:
    Fixed an issue where data was not being read correctly from Excel files, which could result in empty outputs.
  • Improved Template Mapping:
    Automatic template mapping now generates column names more reliably during processing.
  • More Accurate Field Mapping:
    Fixed an issue where automatic field mapping could include more fields than intended.

User Administration

Improved User Management Reliability

  • User Updates Now Save Correctly:
    Resolved an issue where updates to user information were not always saved properly, which could impact workflow execution and user management.
  • Correct Role Count Display:
    Fixed an issue where users without assigned roles could incorrectly display a role count.

Audit Logs

Better Audit Visibility

  • Improved Environment Tracking:
    Audit logs now correctly retain environment information when environments are deleted, improving traceability and system visibility.
