Peppol is basically a shared language for electronic invoicing, used both in Europe and many other parts of the world. With Peppol, companies and organizations have one standard for invoices, purchase orders and documents. This makes business transactions faster, easier and more secure, wherever you may operate.
Simply put: The rules are changing fast. Both in Europe and across the world, countries are making Peppol the mandatory format for business transactions. France kicks off mandatory B2B e-invoicing by 2026, Germany starts phased mandates from 2025, and Poland isn’t far behind. Outside Europe, countries like Singapore and Australia are also fully on board.
– Allow me to translate: Get on board now, or risk fines, payment delays and tons of paperwork, says Heimerback.
Vince is a certified Peppol access point, which means you get native Peppol support right in the Vince platform. For Infor M3 companies already using Vince, that means you can skip external Peppol providers altogether and just continue using Vince, according to Heimerback.
– We collect all your transaction data and present them to you in an intuitive dashboard. No one else is doing that. That means you can monitor your invoices in real-time. If there’s an error, you’ll know what went wrong and how to fix it.
Price is also important, argues Heimerback, stating that Vince’s price will be a good deal lower than many other Peppol providers.
– For customers of the Vince platform, Peppol is already available as an add-on module, so the extra cost will be quite low.
– But what if you’re an M3 company but not a Vince customer yet?
– Well, then you have bigger issues, and we need to have a serious talk, laughs Fredrik Heimerback.
