Audun Stuland has 20+ years of experience from SaaS and consulting. As Vince grows across users, markets and products, he brings strong experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms, developing robust business models and driving international expansion.
Lillian Flora
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Lillian leads product and technology in close collaboration - from vision and roadmap to delivery. From roles at Kongsberg Digital and LINK Mobility, she has built and led cross-functional teams and helped develop SaaS platforms, customer portals and API-based solutions, connecting user needs with strong execution.
Jon Ivar Østensen
Chief Revenue Officer
Jon Ivar brings solid experience from SaaS and product-driven growth. From roles at Visma and Basware, he has worked closely with both developers and commercial teams - shaping roadmaps, pricing and go-to-market, and turning customer needs into product decisions that scale.
Martin Hilmersson
Chief Partner Officer
Martin Hilmersson leads the work to scale our partner program and grow a strong ecosystem around Vince. He brings deep ERP and M3 experience from consulting, sales and leadership roles, and focuses on helping customers solve complex challenges using standard tools and proven methods.
Øistein Reppe
Chief Financial Officer
Øistein Reppe brings broad experience from ERP and enterprise environments, combined with a strong finance and management background. He has held leadership roles across the market - including at Vince and other ERP companies - and serves as chairman and board member in several organizations.

Fredrik Heimerback leads our professional services organization with a focus on delivery quality and continuous improvement. From roles at Basware and Adviso, he brings strong experience in professional services, business process management and complex enterprise deliveries.
Ingvild Huseby
Chair of the Board
Ingvild Huseby, Chair at Vince AS & Co-founder of Scale Leap Capital, holds vast expertise in tech investment, board leadership, growth strategies, and M&A. Her quantum physics and corporate finance background greatly enriches her technology proficiency.
Stian Berg
Board Member
Stian Berg, M&A Director at Visma Group, has worked in product management at IBM and EDB Business Partner. He held various leadership roles in Visma, including Product Director for the Enterprise Division, and is part of the board at Framsikt AS and Acos AS.
Bente Sollid
Board Member
Bente is one of Norway’s most experienced voices in technology, digital transformation, and business development. She founded Digital Hverdag, one of Norway’s early internet companies later acquired by Bouvet ASA, and today works as a board professional, keynote speaker, and advisor with a focus on strategy, AI, governance, and long-term value creation.
Peder Floer

Peder Floer has a wide experience from the IT industry with 30 years in different roles stretching from Consultant to CEO. He is one of the founders of Vince and have been an active part of building the commercial part of their Software sales.
Roy Klement
Board Member
Roy Klement is an Architect and Business Consultant at Vince AS, with nearly 7 years at the company and 15+ years of professional experience in total. His background spans retail, food and beverage, and sales, followed by enterprise software with Infor M3 before joining Vince. He currently focuses on AI-driven innovation in close collaboration with customers.
