Peppol, platforms and partnerships – a glimpse into 2025
Jon Marius Roald Dec 19, 2024 12:10:13 PM
2024 is drawing on a close, and it’s time to both look back and reflect, and to peep into the 2025 crystal ball.
To get qualified reflections and predictions, we picked the brains of three important Vincers. They got two fairly simple questions each:
- How do you sum up the past year?
- What does 2025 have in store?
Fredrik Heimerback
In charge of the consultants
– There's high demand for world class consulting in supply chain and M3, and we're happy to fill that position. To quote a customer: “We would not be where we are today without your consultants' expertise”.

How do you sum up the past year?
– 2024 has been all about cloud solutions. Most of our customers have already migrated M3 to the cloud. The rest we’ve been helping out both with actual migration and cloud enablement – transitioning the surrounding integrations to the cloud, ensuring readiness when they eventually migrate M3.
– As a result, many customers have been utilizing a much larger portion of our catalogue this year, and many are rediscovering what our products can actually do now that they can utilize their full potential, says Heimerback.

What does 2025 have in store?
– We’re seeing a trend where the core ERP system is becoming part of a bigger picture – an ecosystem of solutions – where users are increasingly working in systems customized to their specific needs. This is a distinctive shift in the market. It makes ERP accessible to a broader user group, saves time, increases user-friendliness and ultimately drives efficiency!
– Personally, I’m also very excited about 2025 to be the year Vince becomes a Peppol-enabled integration platform. Customers will get even more flexibility in optimizing their supply chains, with Peppol connecting them with other businesses and enabling process automation.
Lillian Flora
In charge of the TECH
– In 2025, our customers will be able to work more intuitively and tailor our solutions to their own needs much easier than today.
Lillian started in her position as Chief Technology Officer in September 2024.

How do you sum up the past year?
– This year has been a journey of discovery and foundation-building. Since starting in September, I’ve focused on understanding the organization and get to know the people here at Vince.
– With my background in design, I see more than just technology, products and systems – I see people and collaboration and the tremendous opportunities that lie ahead for Vince. It quickly became clear that Vince is full of talent, and 2024 has been all about structuring our organization to fully harness this talent and the wealth of knowledge within.

What does 2025 have in store?
– In 2025, our SaaS-platform will receive a huge lift. We will improve existing functionalities and add plenty new features, while at the same time making it considerably more intuitive, user friendly and customizable. Simply put: Our customers will be able to do a lot more, and it will be faster and easier for them to do it.
– Additionally, we’re expending our horizons, expect more integrations and broader possibilities with Vince as we continue to innovate and grow!
Audun Stuland
In charge of EVERYTHING
– There's definitely momentum right now, and we will build on that in 2025. We're working on some very interesting solutions, so keep your eyes peeled for Vince in the coming year!

How do you sum up the past year?
– There is plenty happening in the supply chain market and tons of innovation coming from Infor in the M3 market, which has made 2024 an exciting year for us. There’s increased demand for our consultants and our software solutions, and we are working closely with our customers to improve and innovate. Vince has staffed up by 12 people this year, myself included, so there’s definitely momentum.
– To top it off, we end this year by becoming an official Infor Channel Partner. This is a big testament to our M3 knowledge, and it also means that customers can rely on us for anything both M3 and Vince-related!

What does 2025 have in store?
– For starters, we’re going to keep up the momentum we have right now. We will continue to assist customers in transitioning from M3 on-premise to cloud, to identify areas where we can help improve our customers’ business processes and to develop software applications that improve our customers’ workflow and user experience.
– At Vince, we have decades of supply chain expertise, and we have been mostly centered around the M3 system. In 2025, we will start to broaden our horizon a bit, and continue to develop our own Vince Live platform and portfolio. For our customers, this means more powerful integrations, better user experience, more automation and fewer errors and delays in their supply chain.
